Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing ONYX™. Since our products are elite-tier digital assets delivered instantly via cloud access, we maintain a strict protocol regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (10K High-Resolution Files), all sales are final. Once the payment is confirmed and the digital download link is delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Delivery Failures

In rare cases where a technical glitch prevents automatic redirection to your assets:

  • Please do not initiate a second transaction.
  • Contact our concierge with your Transaction ID and Email.
  • We will manually verify the payment and provide your access link within 12-24 hours.

3. Product Quality

All ONYX™ assets are verified for 10K resolution and 600 DPI precision. Before purchasing, please ensure your hardware is capable of processing large-format digital files. Refunds will not be issued based on hardware limitations or software incompatibility.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If you have been charged twice for the same bundle due to a gateway error, please provide proof of both transactions. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation

As the delivery of our digital bundle is instantaneous upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed.

Notice: By completing your purchase of the Series I Master Bundle for ₹99, you agree to these terms and waive your right to a refund.
